Does anyone have advice on how to cure insomnia???

I'm not good for advice on this one, seeing that Billy and I stay up late regularly. In fact, when it comes to summer we stay up even later till 2 or an extreme 3. That's only due to the fact that in summer the kids are awake longer, so we compensate by staying up later ourselves.

As for advice, maybe you should stop popping the No-Doz? ☺

Yeah, we were blogging at the same time last night since I was up until 2am. Miserable when I had to be up at 6:30 and I'm NOT a morning person. I NEVER have problems sleeping and I've been working on fumes all week. Something must be in the air (or in our heads or on our hearts...)

It is called melatonin and it works wonderfully, especially if you wash it down with a glass of milk! (Water is fine too.) Take it about an hour before bedtime. You don't need a prescription and it has no side effects. I have been using it for years. Lucille

Glass of wine? Tylenol PM? Music? HA! Child's play! Try a fifth of scotch (I prefer single malt). I defy you to stay awake after that. I love scotch. Scotchy, scotch, scotch. Here it goes down, down into my belly...
