I Think it's Perfectly Normal; Part XXVIII

I have never had a massage and think
the idea of getting one is utterly horrifying.

you get over that pretty quick once you've actually experienced it . . . amazing! you really should give it a try sometime, but then again there's no going back to not knowing how wonderful it is once you've had one.

You are really missing out on this one. I love massages!

My husband agreed with you...until I took him for his first massage. Now it's just the cost that keeps him away!

I had a massage once. It felt a bit too "intimate". Now if my husband went to massage school that'd be great, but I think I'll pass on having my bare back mushed and pounded by anyone else.

Oh Heidi - Vikki gave me the gift of a one-hour massage in the privacy of her home (when she and Mark had their house). The lady brought candles, music and wonderful oils and, when it was over, I was so relaxed that I could hardly move! It was marvelous! Then, when Jana lived in our house, she actually gave me a massage on the deck of the lady's house next door. It was at night, there were candles and soft music and oils....When you get your first massage, just make sure that a lady does it! Love you, Lucille

I totally understand your personal space dilema... but it's totally worth it!

I can cognitively understand, but I'm with the others...once you experience one, the awkwardness is worth it! Or just make Kurt give you one. :)
