Dieting: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

I've been on a diet for 6 weeks now.

I've met with enough success that I'm motivated to continue.

That's good.

I'm craving junk food so bad that I'm considering stealing all of my daughter's Valentine's candy while she sleeps.

That's bad.

Whenever I see skinny people I want to kill them.

That's ugly.

Sigh...

I hate being on a diet.

Oh, I'm so with you on the skinny people. Except I want to eat them.

I've been doing Weight Watchers for 4 months to work on the baby weight. It costs money, but when I stick with it (for the most part) it works and I can figure out how to have junk food. Of course, I have to have a salad for lunch or coffee for breakfast that day, but sometimes? It's worth it.

My 2 favorite hold-me-overs are 95%fat free kettle corn (small bag) with a diet coke and Healthy Choice fudgesicles. (both only 1 ww point.)

I haven't seen you in person, but I have a feeling you look fab. We all understand wanting to lose some, though. Good luck! Be strong!

I have resolved to buying funhouse mirror that makes me look 7 feet tall & super skinny.

Hang in there! You are doing awesome! Go to Disneyland. That always makes me feel like a super model!
